You have to sign a contract with us before any service is provided.
"Company" - means Blue Arrow Contractors Ltd and
/ or any subsidiary or associated company of Blue Arrow Contractors
Limited.
"Client" - means the person, firm or corporate
body together with any subsidiary or associated company as defined
by the Companies Act 1985 to whom the service is supplied.
Company's Responsibility and Rights
Blue Arrow Contractors Limited agrees to perform the allocated work exactly specified by the Client in a professional manner.
Blue Arrow Contractors Ltd will provide the work force, equipment and all cleaning materials.
Once the work is completed the Client must pay by either cash or cheque straight after the work has been done.
Blue Arrow Contractors Limited has the responsibility to insure in full all operatives and cleaners for public liability.
Blue Arrow Contractors Limited reserves the right to change any Part of these Terms and Conditions of Business within one week notice.
Client's Responsibility and Rights
Without doubt, in case of a complaint, Blue Arrow Contractors Limited request to be notified within 24 hours after the completion of the cleaning work. No claims will be entertained after the above time limit. If the Client is dissatisfied with the job one of our cleaners must return and re-do the job at no extra charge.
By ordering services via telephone, e-mail, fax or website the Client is agreeing to be bound by Company's Terms and Conditions of Business. If you are not sure whether you need cleaning services, please do not order them. The Client must allow access to our operatives and cleaners to hot water and electricity. Knowing that a cleaner is coming up to do a job, please removed and secure all fragile and breakable items and goods.
Once the work is completed and the Client is satisfied, the invoice has to be paid in full. Please note all our prices and rates are exclusive of VAT.
